PARENT COMMITTEES

Each year we organize committees made up of Board Members and parents. These committees have the purpose of organizing and putting on various fun and educational activities throughout the year. We require all parents to sign-up for at least one (ideally more than one) committee per year. Some examples of committees that we have now and have had in the past include:

  • Class Parent Committees. All parents will automatically be added to the parent committee of the class(es) that their students are a part of. From each grade three of these parents will be asked to serve as Chair and Co-Chairs for each classes parent committee.

  • Lunchroom Moms. All parents of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders (moms or dads, really) will be asked to attend two lunch hours per year.

  • Christmas Talent Show

  • Jeopardy Week

  • Monthly Temple Baptisms

  • Service Projects

  • Humanitarian Trip

  • End of Year School Trips

  • Hale Center Theater Outings

  • Student Government / Assemblies

  • Student & Parent Directories

  • School ID’s

  • Yearbook

  • Website

  • Student Opening Social

  • Family Gatherings

  • Dances

  • Closing Social
